Matsui Introduces Dyestone® X Color Series, Auxiliaries

Los Angeles-based Matsui International Co. Inc. has developed a line of patented, unique textile colorants. Dyestone® X Color, unlike traditional dyestuffs or pigments, features an improved version of its microencapsulating technology. Each of the 15 colors in the line can be used in pigment printing and pigment padding processes, eliminating the need for further finishing steps such as washing, steaming, soaping or fixing. According to the company, this environmentally friendly processing reduces water consumption by up to 70 percent and carbon dioxide emissions by 60 percent. Dyestone products also meet the requirements for Oeko-Tex® Standard 100.

The product line also includes the following auxiliaries: thickening agent Thickener XA; cross-linking agent Fixer XA; and leveling and softening agent Printgen XA-1.
