Rockline Expands With Purchase Of Russellville, Ark., Facility

Rockline Industries Inc. — a Sheboygan, Wis.-based manufacturer of wipes and coffee filters — has acquired an approximately 240,000-square-foot facility on a 30-acre site in Russellville, Ark., as part of its planned expansion in response to contract manufacturing growth and increased consumer demand for private-label products.
“Rockline’s purchase of the Russellville site will help our company better serve the needs of our customers and accommodate our company’s rapid growth in contract manufacturing and private label products,” said Nick Santoleri, vice president of operations, Rockline Industries.
Rockline’s U.S. operations include four manufacturing facilities — located in Springdale, Ark., Blue Mountain Lake, Ark., Sheboygan, Wis., and Montville, N.J. It also operates facilities in the United Kingdom and China.
The company also recently opened an 18,000-square-foot state-of-the-art Innovation and Technical Center next to its corporate headquarter. The center includes pilot line converting equipment and laboratories equipped with microbiological and analytical chemistry capabilities. Activities include wet wipe innovation and development of products, packaging and test methods.
