Celanese Acetate To Be Shown For First Time In India

Celanese Acetate, New York City, has announced that fabrics made with Celanese acetate will be shown for the first time in India in a special collection by J.J. Valaya.Commercial production of fabrics made from Celanese acetate yarns will be done by Surat and Bangalore. Production for knits will be done by Tirupur and Ludhiana. The company arranged for its yarn to be available locally in India in deniers between 75 and 300.Internationally, acetate fiber is increasingly being used by designers in their collections, said Valaya. Its versatility and affinity to natural fibers makes it luxurious and user friendly.
