AP Knitting Acquires Industrial Needle Service

AP Knitting Elements Inc., Asheboro, N.C., has recently announced the acquisition of the total assets of Industrial Needle Service, Birdsboro, Pa.Industrial Needle is a long-established supplier of cast needle assemblies to warp knitting mills in the northeast United States.We are delighted to have had the opportunity to acquire this fine business, said Lou Herzog, president and CEO of AP Knitting. Our plans are to move these assets to our headquarters in Asheboro and, through this facility, continue to serve the excellent customers of Industrial Needle Service.
