Mercury Color Measurement System New From Datacolor

Datacolor, Lawrenceville, N.J., has introduced the Mercury Color Measurement System for portable color measurement. The system uses advanced sensor technology that doubles the resolution of current laboratory-grade instruments. The instrument is designed to deliver 100-percent color consistency across a broad range of industries by evaluating and measuring color on all types of surfaces. Highlights of the hand-held instrument include touch-screen convenience, full-featured software, storage of up to 30,000 standards and batches, and long battery life.This is an instrument that leverages bests the best lab-grade performance together with the best PDA technology to create a truly useful color-measurement tool. Users can now perform highly accurate color evaluations right on the production floor, said Ray Frugia, business manager, paint, plastics, ink and printing.
