Process Control Corp Unveils Vacuum Receiver Redesign

Atlanta-based Process Control Corp. has redesigned its standard RN series Vacuum Receiver for use in central vacuum loading applications. The new design offers easier cleaning and replacement of the pellet screen, and a more reliable check valve for use in common material line applications. The redesign incorporates two side latches, which hold a small pellet screen into the lid to prevent pellets and angel hair from entering the vacuum line. A new flapper-type check valve, which creates a secure, airtight seal on the common material line, is also available for use where a single material source is connected to multiple receivers. Receivers supplied in the last few years can be retrofitted with the new improvements.
