ETAD North America Represents Dye Industry

The Ecological and Toxicological Association of Dyes and Organic Pigments Manufacturers (ETAD), Switzerland, has established ETAD North America to represent North American dye interests. The new organization, based in Washington, replaces ETADs United States Dye Manufacturers Operating Committee. This new organization more accurately reflects the expanded role ETAD plays in the NAFTA region, said Tucker Helmes, executive director, ETAD North America.ETAD North America also encourages commitment to product stewardship; promotes continuous improvement in safe handling and use of dyes; and advances knowledge about the health, safety and environmental effects of dyes.
