Prodesco Forms New Medical Company

Prodesco FormsNew Medical CompanyProdesco Inc., Perkasie, Pa., has launched a new medical company to address its growing medical textiles business (See Textiles To The Rescue, TI, December 2001).The new company, Secant Medical LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prodesco, focuses on the medical and biotechnical applications for engineered fabrics and composite structures. Prodesco will continue to focus on the needs of industrial markets.Secants officers are: Robert Sievers, chairman of the board; Stephen K. Chadwick, president and CEO; Thomas Molz, executive vice president and COO; Skott Greenhalgh, Ph.D., vice president and chief technology officer; Thomas Dertouzos, secretary, treasurer and CFO; and Wallace M.
