Massen Appoints Zima As U S Representative

Massen Appoints Zima As U.S. RepresentativeGermany-based Massen Machine Vision Systems has appointed Zima Corp. as its exclusive representative in Canada, Mexico and the United States. Zima, based in Spartanburg, is responsible for the sales and service of Massens Nonwoven Inspection System. The system uses ColourBrain® technology to detect physical and aesthetic defects in nonwoven materials. In process-monitoring mode, the system can continuously monitor process parameters, such as density and homogeneity in the width and length directions.In addition to Massen, Zima also represents Kusters, Klieverik, m-tec, Mitter, Olbrich and Van Wyk.June 2002
