CAC Introduces SCETA Edge Trim Cutter

rConverter Assembly Corp. (CAC), Wind Gap, Pa., reports its linear-tracking Shear Cut Edge Trim Assembly (SCETA) cuts edge trim from a wide range of materials with exceptional precision at speeds of up to 1,000 feet per minute. It is available as a stand-alone item or as part of a complete solution that also includes the companys web guide technology and the Fox TrimAway® trim removal system. The air-loaded assembly has two blades with coordinated mounts in a four-bolt cantilevered system that allows easy installation and quick setups to match web width changes, according to CAC. Driven or non-driven options and manual or automatic speed controls are available.
