Glen Raven Licenses Time America's NETtime™ Solution

Glen Raven, N.C.-based Glen Raven Custom Fabrics LLC has licensed Tempe, Ariz.-based Time America Inc.’s NETtime™ Web-based time and attendance solution to automate and streamline its time and labor management processes.

Glen Raven will use 12 proximity clocks and assigned cards to verify each of 1,300 employees throughout five facilities in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. The clocks send the data directly to the NETtime system, which interfaces with Glen Raven’s Human Resource (HR) and Payroll software from Time America’s partner, CORT Directions.

The system also allows the company to track time by specific jobs or departments, manage employee benefits, enforce payroll policies and provide management reports.

“We needed an easy-to-use, automated time and labor management solution that could interact with our existing HR and payroll applications,” said William Chandler, vice president, Glen Raven. “ Licensing Time America’s NETtime application will give us an overall view of our human resources and help us to reduce costs.”
