Clarcor Creates Purolator Advanced Filtration Group

Clarcor Inc., Franklin, Tenn., a global filtration products and services provider, has merged five of its divisions into the Purolator Advanced Filtration Group (PAFG), based in Greensboro, N.C. The divisions include Purolator Facet Inc., Greensboro; Facet USA, Tulsa, Okla.; Filter Products Inc., Sacramento, Calif.; Total Filter Technology, North Chelmsford, Mass; and Purolator EFP, Shelby, N.C., and Houston.

"Bringing these companies together means that through PAFG we will now be able to offer one of the broadest lines of process filtration products in the country," said Kevin Nelson, vice president, sales and marketing.

PAFG manufactures melt-blown cartridges and precision yarn wound cartridges, dual filter media with advanced extruded block carbon technology, high-performance mesh and felt bags, and a wide range of other filtration products.
