Reifenher Spins Off Reicofil Business

Reifenhäuser GmbH & Co. KG Maschinenfabrik, Germany, has spun off its spunbond and meltblown line production business, Reifenhäuser REICOFIL GmbH & Co. KG, to become an independent subsidiary within the Reifenhäuser group of companies. Dr.-Ing. Bernd Kunze and Dipl.-Kfm. Ulrich Reifenhäuser have assumed management of Reifenhäuser REICOFIL.

Reifenhäuser GmbH & Co. KG Maschinenfabrik designs and manufactures a range of machinery, equipment and complete lines for the extrusion of films, wood and fibers. The Reifenhäuser group also comprises four other independent companies including: Reimotec Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH, which designs and manufactures extrusion lines for strapping tape production and spinning lines for monofilament production; Reiloy Metall GmbH, which produces metal alloys used in extrusion and injection moulding machinery components; Polyrema Davo GmbH & Co. KG/Polyrema KG, which handles pre-owned extrusion lines; and Reifenhäuser Plastic Machinery, a China-based maker of standardized three-layer blown film lines for the Asian market.
