Gneuss Moves To New Facility

Matthews, N.C.-based Gneuss Inc. — a manufacturer of filtration, measurement and processing technologies for plastic melts; and the North American subsidiary of Germany-based machinery manufacturer Gneuss Kunststoff-technik GmbH — has moved its operations to a new, larger facility to meet the needs of its growing business in North America.  The 6,000-plus-square-foot facility accommodates an expanded parts inventory warehouse and additional space for equipment repairs, and houses a laboratory line with a 2-inch extruder, fully-automatic RSFgenius filtration system and a pelletizer.

Gneuss’ product line includes fully automatic rotary filtration systems and screen changers that operate continuously with constant pressure; the mercury-free NTX series of melt pressure and temperature transducers/transmitters; and a multi rotation processing system that features advanced devolatilization technology, among other products.
