IFAI Specialty Fabrics Expo 2013

IFAI Specialty Fabrics Expo 2013 Exhibitor Preview: Bolger & O'Hearn

Bolger & O'Hearn will exhibit two products at the upcoming IFAI Specialty Fabrics Expo 2013.

Altopel F³ is an advanced fluorine-free finish that gives textiles a high degree of durable water repellency. The environmentally friendly fluorocarbon-free aqueous product is based on a hydophobefortified polymer and propriety additives, and provides a green alternative without sacrificing performance. Altopel F³ products use a novel crosslinking system for promoting excellent laundering durability on a variety of fiber types and constructions. Government and industry regulations, along with a growing market segment of environmentally aware consumers, are demanding green technologies. F³ provides a market-leading value opportunity by offering a combination of eco-friendly chemistry and high performance.

OdorArmor
, is an odor-absorbing, growth-inhibiting textile treatment. Durable textile effect controls bacterial growth and tenaciously absorbs odors. Textiles treated with OdorArmor absorb and lock in body and environmental odors on contact. The active component of OdorArmor rapidly absorbs odors and locks them into their core  structure, while the antimicrobial component keeps fabrics fresh-smelling by preventing bacterial growth.
