Benninger AG recently acquired LAB-PRO GmbH, a producer of dyeing machines, dosing systems, hydro-extractors and laboratory equipment. Both companies are based in Switzerland, and Benninger is a sister company of Jakob Müller AG and 100-percent owned by Jakob Müller Holding AG. The move integrates LAB-PRO’s discontinuous dyeing technology — including the FabricMaster jet-dyeing machine, JigMaster jigger and BeamMaster high-temperature beam dyeing machine — into Benninger’s portfolio.
LAB-PRO founders Thomas Widmer and Thomas Gerhard will continue to lead the company as managing directors.
