Karl Mayer Group reports it has acquired the Stoll Group — both family-owned companies based in Germany. The Stoll Group will formally become part of Karl Mayer July 1, 2020. The acquisition grows Karl Mayer’s portfolio in the flat knitting sector, and Stoll reports it will benefit from Karl Mayer’s global sales, service and production sites.
