The Atlas IQ toolset is a range of Image Quality tools – intelligent software to provide a superior level of image management and compensation for inkjet printheads, drawing on GIS’ wealth of expertise in the market. They are available within the GIS Atlas Software suite and can be used for a variety of applications, for inline RIP-on-the-fly and offline RIP-to-file. They can be accessed as bundled software, standalone or SDKs and are compatible with GIS and third party RIP solutions, user interfaces and datapath drive electronics.
The Atlas IQ toolset offers maximum image quality and performance via:
- Ultra-Fast Binary & Greyscale Screeners;
- Nozzle Density & Missing Nozzle Compensation;
- Color Management, Channel Linearization & Ink Limiting;
- Dynamic Registration — alignment, rotation & skew; and
- Print Output Simulation.
