MILAN, Italy — September 25, 2023 — Candiani Denim presents to the international market the first jeanswear brand with natural, biodegradable, and elastic fabric ever produced and distributed to date. Coreva Design, will begin with four exclusive capsule collections and enters the Olympus of high-end jeanswear brands starting from the spring summer 2024 season.
The official launch was held at Banner, an exclusive boutique in Via Sant ‘Andrea, Milan, which has always offered a careful selection of brands and important luxury maisons. For the occasion, the Brand Ambassador was present, the American singer-songwriter LP who conquered the international charts with the single “Lost On You”.
Born from Coreva™ technology, patented exclusively worldwide by Candiani Denim, the brand presents exclusive collections in natural and biodegradable stretch denim. Coreva uses the elastic properties of a plant material, obtained from natural rubber, to ensure comfort without having to resort to the use of synthetic yarns. A stretch denim canvas that, by not using plastics, reduces its ecological impact at the end of its life by degrading in less than 4 months instead of 200 or more years. This revolutionary technology is radically changing the entire world of denim production and allows the Italian company, leader in sustainable innovation, to present to the market a brand that evolves the paradigms of an entire sector.
Coreva Design uses fabrics resulting from regenerative farming practices, the most responsible and conscious way of cultivation, which puts the properties and health of the soil first. Its collection consists of three distinctive and dynamic areas, dedicated to leisure, premium denim and ready to wear. Sweatshirts, hoodies, and joggers use an exclusive fabric from the Coreva family that is extremely soft for maximum comfort. In ecru, indigo, grey and terracotta, palettes obtained from unprecedented processes on garments. The world of premium jeans presents a range of models ranging from five pockets to workers, from chinos to denim jackets, to maxi shirts.
The ready-to-wear section is refined and fashionable, with a structured, architectural and design imprint. High-end garments such as cargo miniskirts and tops with maxi pocket, chemise and overcoat.
