MÖNCHENGLADBACH, Germany — February 19, 2016 — Responding to the demand by the coating segment of textile finishing, A. Monforts Textilmaschinen will be highlighting a single source for new and innovative one-stop coating solutions at Techtextil North America in the German Pavilion, Hall B3.
Following the recent takeover of Austrian coating specialist Timatec, Monforts will, for the first time, offer a complete package of coating solutions for all types of coating applications; including knife over air, knife over roller, magnetic roller and printing-head coating options.
Single sourced solutions from single sided applications of finishing agents such as, for example, outdoor clothing and functionalization of textiles in the home textiles sector, through to sophisticated lightweight construction using innovative textile-based coated materials in the automotive, filter and aerospace industries are now available.
The company will also highlight a new Montex 8500 tenter providing a wide range of advanced innovations including exhaust air cleaning and heat recovery with automatic cleaning for its thermo treatment machines.
Furthermore a new wide width, up to 7 m wide, Montex XXL tenter will be showcased.
