Trevira Neckelmann AS, Denmark, and
Tecelagem Hudtelfa LTDA, Brazil, recently announced the establishment of a joint venture between
the two companiew in Brazil.
The 50/50 joint venture will be known as Trevira Neckelmann South America SA. Administration
and production will be located at Nova Odessa, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The joint venture will prodcue dyed and undyed textured yarn for the automotive industry and
the home textile markets.
