Pendleton Woolen Mills, Portland, Ore., has formed an outerwear division after re-acquiring its outerwear license from Item House Inc. Pendleton has hired the Item House team that helped elevate the Pendleton outerwear line and is focused on leveraging the technical fabric and outerwear expertise of the team to expand its history of innovation.
