DENMARK — May 28, 2019 — Danish company enters ITMA with patented web forming technology and a full airlaid non- woven production line.
Exhibiting at ITMA for the first time, Advance Nonwoven enters the exhibit with a world premiere of their patented web forming technology (CAFT). After years of development and testing, Advance Nonwoven is ready to present a full nonwoven production line. While actively selling and installing full turnkey factories around the world since 2014, the engineers of Advanced Nonwoven have designed and constructed a full nonwoven line consisting of oven, cooler, cutting and stacking unit, to complement their CAFT system and advanced spray system (DALT).
The CAFT web former excels in its ability to handle both very short and long fibers, mixing them and forming a homogenous mat, while using more air and fewer bico fibers than competing technologies. Years of experience from working with different kinds of fibers, ranging from recycled waste such as newspapers and textiles to natural fibers e.g. hemp and seagrass, has given Advance Nonwoven a unique advantage in advising customers in relation to product development, optimization, business development and financing nonwoven projects.
