Antimicrobialtechnology supplier AEGIS Environments recently opened its new 14,000-square-foot global
headquarters, located at 2205 Ridgewood Drive, Midland, Mich. 48642-4619; (989) 832-8180; fax (989)

The building consolidates AEGIS’ administrative, marketing and technical operations at one
location. The new Technical Center includes separate chemical, bacterial and fungal laboratories;
as well as applications engineering and support facilities.
“The ‘Protected by the AEGIS Microbe Shield’ verification mark is best known because of the
technology’s specification for textiles and apparel by major brand name marketers and retailers,
but it is expanding rapidly into other market segments,” said Jim Krueger, vice president, sales
and marketing.
