NEW YORK CITY — January 24, 2011 — TradeCard, Inc., the supply chain collaboration platform used by
more than 7,800 retailers, brands, manufacturers and service providers reported 38% revenue growth
in 2010. TradeCard recorded its best company-wide performance in its 11-year history. Major new
customers to select TradeCard in 2010 include Crocs, Eddie Bauer, GANT AB, W.L. Gore, 511 Tactical
and one of Europe’s largest athletic footwear companies.

order volume increased by 41% versus 2009.

TradeCard Launches Channel Partner Program
In 2010 TradeCard launched TradeCard PartnerAdvantage, a channel partner program
for service providers and resellers. Ciber, Inc. and GravityPro Consulting joined TradeCard
PartnerAdvantage as solution partners in 2010, expanding the TradeCard partner community, which
includes independent software vendors, solution providers/resellers, solution integrators, banks,
EDI providers, and other network partners.
